Generations of body scanning systems

Scanner X – Generation 27

For the standard-compliant recording of anthropometric data for life protection and textile applications with a scan rate of up to 5 fps for application-appropriate measuring equipment capability.

Body Scanning Generation 27 is designed for combined use in the areas of bike, life protection and textile, medical technology and human interfaces. The additional Pressure Map module is recommended for human interfaces.

Dynamic

Body-Scanning Dynamic as a supplement to the quick verification of calculated setting recommendations and for the performance determination derived from them.

Positionometer

Body-Scanning Positionometer is a customer-initiated contract development based on the Body-Scanning Generation 4

BS-Four – Generation 16

For the first time, a 360° / 3D body analysis is possible by recording body anthropometry in less than 4 seconds.

By looking at the left and right sides of the body separately, existing imbalances can be identified.

Popometrik

First digital measurement of the distance between the ischial tuberosities.

The distance between the ischial tuberosities is measured and visualized using the pressure-sensitive popometrics.
In addition, the angle of the pubic bone up to the symphysis pubica (pubic symphysis) is recorded and interpreted.
Calculating the usable saddle width and shape and possible comparison with the mounted saddle. With an additional module, it is possible to measure the hand size and load zones including anamnesis of all contact points.

Popometer

Laser-assisted measurement of the distance between the ischial tuberosities and determination of the gripping width.

3D – Generation 10

Using depth sensors that measure the depth of the laser runtime and pass directly past the body, a half-shell of the human body is created and assembled twice. The anthropometry is determined from the data set using dynamic body fields.

Body-Scanning Generation 10 was the first affordable 3D scanner in the world for retailers and even made it onto the Aktuelle Sportstudio (ZDF) in 2011.

MyBS – Generation 9

Linear measuring system for recording body heights. Available in various versions with a camera, automatic data transfer of the measured height or automatic movement to the height by the operator. In addition, the communication channel to the customer via email was created for the first time and created as a stored personal home base.

Reduced Space – Generation 7

The Reduced Space System is a milestone in our technology history. To develop it, we have brought together and recombined our accumulated knowledge from all previous technology strands. The system is characterized by its electromotor-driven automated laser projection, which was filmed and sent to the customer for an enhanced customer experience.

Trendline – Generation 4

Generation 4, a further development of the previous generation, without any notable innovations in the measurement data acquisition. However, the measuring instrument capability has been improved by a new type of calibration.

Trendline BICO – Generation 1

With the Trendline system, we have combined our existing technology with our ideas for a necessary customer experience. The system consists of a free-standing wall with lighting and a linear laser target and can be integrated into the shop design by any bicycle dealer without much effort.
