Measuring system not found

REASON 1: The battery of the measuring system is empty!
TODO: Please check whether the display of the measuring system shows height information / numbers / values? Where can I find the display? Look here

RESULT: NO, the height is NOT shown in the display!
TODO: Please replace the battery. Make sure that the measuring arm is in the lowest position (on the lowest stop) when replacing the battery. Only then will the measuring system get the default values and the height information is correct. -> Scan me! start and check result

RESULT: YES, the display shows the height correctly!

REASON 2: Measuring system and PC cannot communicate with each other!

Camera not found

REASON 1: The camera is not inserted correctly.
TODO: Please check the USB connector of the camera on the PC. Possibly. choose another USB port -> Scan me! start and check result

REASON 2: The camera driver is not working.
TODO: Update the camera driver. -> See video below -> Scan me! start and check result

Popometrik is not found

REASON 1: The network adapter is not found
TODO: Open the network connections and see if the Popometrik – Realtek USB FE Family Controler is listed

RESULT: NO! The adapter is not listed
TODO: Please check the wiring on the PC. If necessary, plug the USB adapter into another USB port and restart the PC -> Scan me! start and check result

REASON 2: The settings saved are incorrect

RESULT: YES! The adapter is listed
TODO: Please check the stored IP address and VLAN ID. -> See video below -> Restart PC -> Scan me! start and check result

3D CAMERAS NOT FOUND

REASON: Not all cameras were registered in the system

TODO: Please disconnect ALL cameras from the PC -> restart PC -> re-insert ALL cameras -> Scan me! start and check result
